It often happens that we face difficulties due to an incorrect interpretation of what others want to communicate—or what we want to communicate ourselves—and the message received is not understood, creating problems in the workplace. This issue can be avoided by developing emotional intelligence and designing communication strategies that allow us to deliver effective, empathetic, and assertive messages.
