The course in Emotional Intelligence Applied to Business is highly relevant in the current context, where emotional skills are recognized as fundamental elements and resources for success in the workplace. In particular, emotional intelligence is presented as a powerful tool to improve intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships; in addition to benefiting change management and effective leadership in organizations. This course provides updated knowledge on the existing theories and models of emotional intelligence, but also allows the acquisition of the necessary emotional competencies to face the challenges and demands of the business environment.

  • To know the fundamental principles of Labor Psychology.

  • To study the processes of change and development in the organizational context.

  • To learn how to manage and regulate our emotions in order to apply them in the business environment.
