Last Friday we had the pleasure of being able to attend the 8M event organized by the EDUCA EDTECH Foundation, a meeting that highlighted female leadership, talent diversity and the importance of creating more humane and balanced organizations.
At Educa.Pro, we had the honor of having the participation of our colleague Cristina, Product Strategy Manager and key player in Educa.Pro, who shared a fundamental reflection: equality is also built through training, teamwork and the ability to create spaces where all people can grow.
Her intervention not only provided a vision of female leadership, but it also connected directly with what defines Educa.Pro: form to transform.
