Likewise, understanding of the existing tools that influence knowledge management processes will be of great relevance. On the other hand, special interest is given to organisational models based on knowledge itself and, of course, it is relevant to highlight the techniques provided by ICT to realise positive processes in knowledge management. Finally, this course will present the methodologies that can be used in knowledge management system projects.
