When we talk about leadership, it must begin with oneself. This is achieved through self-assessment and the implementation of action plans in one’s daily life. This concept is known as self-leadership. In self-leadership, we adopt leadership strategies to guide both our professional and personal lives.

  • To understand the importance of self-awareness in your professional performance and leadership role.

  • To develop your self-leadership through two key elements: self-respect and self-actualization.

  • To learn to manage emotions and other social skills in your own leadership style to promote your team’s ideas through assertiveness, confidence, and respect.

  • To learn to apply cognitive techniques to resolve conflicts, foster positive thinking, and manage stress.

  • To understand how to create development plans for your team that enable both individual growth and effective group development.
