‘A Key to Knowledge: Unlearning’ is aimed at all those people who wish to be trained in the different means that regulate knowledge management. It is also aimed at those who wish to implement this subject in their working environment, where different areas such as business, education, human resources, etc. come into harmony.

With this ‘A Key to Knowledge: Unlearning’ course, you will be able to analyse in depth what knowledge management consists of. Likewise, understanding of the existing tools that influence knowledge management processes will be of great relevance. On the other hand, special interest is given to organisational models based on knowledge itself and, of course, it is relevant to highlight the techniques provided by ICT to realise positive processes in knowledge management. Finally, this course will present the methodologies that can be used in knowledge management system projects.
