Introduction

Training on Design Sprint Methodology was spearheaded by the teams from Google Ventures and expressed by Jake Knapp in his book, with the aim of facilitating a process that helps to innovation y problem-solving focused on the customer experience. This is a methodology which combines the design thinking, the lean start-up and business strategy to develop a single process for 5 days, with which to develop, prototype and test an idea which contributes to the improvement of a specific business process. Throughout this training course, we will help you to understand and apply this methodology, with a view to improving the user experience always bear in mind. You’ll be able to contribute added value for your business and generate more profit as a result.
