Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date of enrolment to cancel free of charge and receive a full refund.
Using this function, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, that is to say, cancel the contract for a training programme or product that you have purchased from our organisation.
When can you use it?
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the login details for the virtual campus (online mode).
- The feature is available at all times throughout that period.
- Once you have completed the form and confirmed it, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply if you have already completed the training course in full and submitted your assessment papers to obtain the qualification on or before the date of this notification (Article 103(a) of the TRLGDCU).
