The Design Sprint Methodology was promoted by the Google Ventures teams, and described by Jake Knapp in his book, with the aim of facilitating a process that helps innovation and problem-solving focused on the customer experience. It is a methodology that combines design thinking, lean start-up and business strategy to develop a unique 5-day process to generate, prototype and test an idea that helps to improve a specific business process. Throughout this training, we will help you to understand and apply this methodology, with the aim of of improving the user experience always bear in mind.
