Introduction

This training in Risk prevention in IT projects responds to the growing need for manage effectively the risks associated with the technology projects in an increasingly complex and dynamic business environment. Today, IT projects may face a range of threats which, if not properly identified and managed, can jeopardise the success and viability of the project.

The course has been designed to provide an in-depth understanding of how identify potential risks in an IT project, as well as to develop practical skills in the implementation of strategies for his mitigation, with the aim of minimising negative impacts and ensuring the continuity of technology projects.

  • Identify y analyse risks in IT projects, identifying threats and assessing their impact.
