Introduction

Our training programme Beginners’ English is the starting point Ideal for those who wish to start learning English from scratch. This training course focuses on the fundamentals key aspects of the English, including the alphabet, the pronunciation and a vocabulary basic language for everyday situations. Participants will acquire skills in communication basic to say hello, introduce themselves, go shopping, give directions and hold simple conversations. Our focus is on building a solid foundation in English that will enable students to to communicate from way effective in everyday situations.

Objectives

  • Introduce the alphabet and the pronunciation in English.

  • To purchase a vocabulary basic for everyday situations.

  • Develop skills conversational phrases for greetings, introductions and simple conversations.

  • Learning how to shop and give addresses in English.

  • To familiarise the structure grammatical basic English.

  • Set up a solid foundation for future levels of English language learning.

TEACHING UNIT 1. BEGINNERS’ ENGLISH

  1. Identification of a wide yet straightforward range of vocabulary, structures and set phrases.
  2. Appropriate communication in a neutral register, whilst remaining flexible enough to adapt to different situations.
  3. The correct way of expressing what one means, particularly in unexpected situations or when there is a degree of tension.
  4. A good understanding of the appropriate way to ask someone to clarify or elaborate on what they have just said.
  5. Carrying out the transactions required when organising a trip, whilst the trip is underway, or in less common situations at shops, car hire agencies, post offices, banks, etc.
