Introduction

The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Intelligence It is positioned as a specialised training programme in data management and analysis within the current context of the information society. It focuses on providing the fundamentals and practical application of Business Intelligence, enabling participants to understand, implement and make effective use of data analysis solutions in different organisational settings. The role of the Business Intelligence across the various departments of an organisation, emphasising the importance of strategic planning and the implementation of a plan director, a strategic plan and an annual operational plan.
