Introduction

The comprehensive care Women’s empowerment takes the form of a set of knowledge, skills and attitudes that enable women to nursing professionals to provide comprehensive care for women at the different stages of their lives: adolescence, childbearing years, pregnancy, the menopause and old age. Through this training programme in Comprehensive Care for Women Students will be able to provide comprehensive care for the women's health based on a thorough understanding of their characteristics and needs, identifying the risk factors the most common conditions associated with sexual and reproductive health.

Objectives

  • Learning about the different sexually transmitted diseases and the most common conditions affecting women.

  • Find out what the women’s services with gynaecological problems.

  • Knowing how to care for women during the menopause.

  • To study how women are cared for in social risk.
