Design Sprint Methodology

This Design Sprint Methodology training action is aimed at all recent graduates who wish to improve their employability, as well as all marketing, user experience and entrepreneurship professionals who wish to apply the methodology in their day-to-day work.

The Design Sprint Methodology was promoted by the Google Ventures teams, and described by Jake Knapp in his book, with the aim of facilitating a process that helps innovation and problem solving focused on the customer experience. It is a methodology that combines design thinking, lean startup and business strategy to develop a unique 5-day process to generate, prototype and test an idea that contributes to the improvement of a specific business process. Throughout this training we will help you understand and apply this methodology, with the goal of improving the user experience always in mind. You will be able to add value to your company and generate more profit as a result.

Course objectives

  • To understand the digital product lifecycle and its main components.

  • To design a digital product in order to optimise the user experience.

  • To unravel the main elements and functionalities of the Design Sprint.

  • To master the 5 phases of the Design Sprint methodology, and those actions that must be included.

  • To apply the methodology in a practical way, within the 5 days of the process.

  • To promote innovation and process improvement in the organisation.
