Introduction

«Engraving Projects and Printing Techniques» is a training programme that focuses on developing skills and knowledge in the field of printmaking and printing techniques. During this training, you, as participants, will be able to explore various techniques engraving, such as the woodcut, the chalcography and the lithography, as well as printing techniques that will enable them to create works of art unique and original. What’s more, you’ll learn how to make matrices, to select suitable materials and use presses and other equipment specialised. The training promotes the creativity and experimentation, which enables participants to develop their own visual language and create unique and meaningful works of graphic art.
