The burnout o work-related stress is a syndrome caused by the build-up of stress in the workplace context when it is not managed properly. It is characterised by a state of physical, mental and emotional exhaustion that can lead to a range of negative consequences. This training in Preventing Burnout or Work-Related Stress is designed to to provide professionals with the tools and knowledge necessary to understand and tackle burnout syndrome and workplace stressors.
