Introduction

This Social Project Management Course offers you specialist training in the planning, implementation and supervision of initiatives aimed at tackling problems o needs social specific to a community or group of people. These projects are designed to have a positive impact on society and can tackle a wide range of issues, such as education, health, poverty, gender equality, the environment and many others.

  • To acquire knowledge for the management y assessment from social projects and analyse the areas for action.

TEACHING UNIT 3. AREAS OF INTERVENTION IN SOCIAL PROJECTS.

  1. Identifying Social Needs in Spain.
  2. Current social media support network.
  3. Social projects aimed at: children at risk, migrants, international cooperation, the elderly, and people with disabilities.

TEACHING UNIT 4. EVALUATION OF SOCIAL PROJECTS.

  1. Preparation of progress reports.
  2. Project Evaluation Indicators: methods.
