In today’s job market, it is normal to take into account the technological development and the achievement of the organisation’s economic objectives, all too often forgetting that the work is carried out and the objectives are met by people with diverse abilities, motivations and expectations, which is why we must not overlook the risks caused by the high levels of stress which they often have to endure and which have serious repercussions on a person’s health, even leading, in the worst-case scenario, to occupational diseases. 

The training Management and Control: Work-related Stress It will enable you to understand the basic factors that cause work-related stress, the different ways in which it manifests itself, as well as the main measures control and management of this one.

  • To get to know what it involves stress and its various meanings and types.

  • To analyse how stress affects us in all areas of life, both personal and work-related.

  • Identify the factors and situations that cause work-related stress, and learn how to manage and address them effectively.
