Introduction

This training course focuses on providing professionals with knowledge and tools relating to family counselling and mediation. Throughout the course modules, key topics are covered, such as the the importance of the family in society, the process of socialisation, the social context of the guidance and the social mediation, as well as the concepts of family counselling and family mediation.

Furthermore, the relationship between the family and the educational environment, highlighting the importance of this interaction in individuals’ development. Various sources of conflict that may arise in the family circle, such as drug use, violence and abuse, neglect and psychopathological disorders.

Objectives
