Food Safety and Nutrition Act

Introduction

Law 17/2011 of 5 July, on food security and nutrition, establishes the regulatory framework that ensures a high level of protection of health and interests of consumers in relation to food, through the implementation of an effective food safety system. This training course complies with the as set out in the regulations food security and nutrition, and the provisions set out in the syllabuses for the vocational qualification certificates in occupational group in the food industry.
