Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Introduction

This training course is a programme aimed at professionals of the health and trained staff who wish to to acquire o improve their knowledge and skills in the field of life support. Throughout the various teaching modules, participants will explore a wide range of topics relating to emergency care cardiac conditions and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Through teaching modules in-depth analyses and case studies, participants will be better equipped to provide effective life-saving care and save lives in emergency situations.

Objectives

  1. To understand the basics of CPR.

  2. Recognise the early signs of a cardiac emergency.

  3. To master assessment techniques in BLS and ACLS.

  4. To manage critical cases of SVA appropriately.
