The motivation is a genuine driving force behind human behaviour, which can be understood as the impulse that provides the energy and meaning action taken to satisfy a need. The motivation is a key factor in boosting performance, satisfaction and commitment within the work. With this training initiative in Human Motivation in Work Groups Students will be able to function within the sector and gain an understanding of the meaning and source of the motivation with a view to promoting the active participation of a company’s employees. This focuses on understand and apply key concepts relating to motivation in the workplace.
