Introduction

The creativity It is a key aspect of any company’s development and can be a means of problem-solving. There are many techniques for promoting it and one of them is the so-called brainstorm, brainstorming o “brainstorming”.

Brainstorming is a term that combines the English words ‘brain’ and ‘storm’. It involves a storm of ideas, a collaborative tool which encourages the emergence of new ideas on a specific problem. However, these sessions sometimes end with a list full of crazy ideas aimlessly which never get off the ground. To prevent this from happening, through training in Brainstorming: coming up with ideas as a team, you will learn how to know how to guide them and learn how to organise them.
