Introduction

This Course on Postural Ergonomics and Physical Strain offers a specialised training in this subject. Through this training, which forms part of the Security Professions and, more specifically, to the Safety and Prevention Knowledge Area, the student will study the basic and specific concepts related to the postural ergonomics and the management of physical exertion, acquiring the necessary knowledge to to specialise in Postural Ergonomics and Physical Strain.

Objectives

Analysing risk factors in order to prevent back injuries and others musculoskeletal injuries, derived from inappropriate static postures, incorrect or repetitive movements y muscle strains.
