What is Amazon Career Choice?
The Amazon’s Career Choice programme It is an educational benefit that enables eligible Amazon employees to develop new skills to help them succeed in their careers, whether at Amazon or elsewhere. Amazon pays the tuition fees up front and reimburses the cost of eligible books and other fees, up to an annual limit with no lifetime cap.
The programme was launched in 2012 in the United States and is now available in 14 countries, including Spain, thanks to the collaboration of more than 600 education providers worldwide. It is one of the many benefits Amazon offers to attract talent looking to advance their careers.
