The Educa.Pro team’s visit to the premises of the National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA) It has helped to consolidate the launch of «SPRL INTA Prevención», a project that goes far beyond a training platform: This is a digital tool created specifically for INTA’s Occupational Health and Safety Service and the organisation’s professionals, which will bring together training, communication, awareness-raising and preventive management within a single platform.
A project carried out in collaboration with INTA’s Prevention Service
INTA carries out highly specialised scientific, technological and operational activities, in which safety and prevention form an essential part of its working processes. This unique nature requires tools tailored to its specific circumstances, capable of meeting the needs of the organisation’s various professional profiles, workplaces and specific risks.
It is on this basis that «SPRL INTA Prevención» was established, as part of the «EDUCASPRL INTA» project: a proprietary solution, developed jointly by INTA’s Prevention Service and Educa.Pro and tailored from the outset to the institution’s actual needs. The platform will enable the management of preventive training, facilitate access to specific content, centralise communications from the Prevention Service, and support employees throughout their entire career within the organisation.
The visit: getting to know the environment in order to develop a useful solution
The tour of the INTA premises was not merely a formality. Gaining an understanding of the actual working environment, the team profiles and the day-to-day operations of the Prevention Service is what enables us to design a solution that addresses specific needs rather than generic assumptions.
During the working sessions, the following were analysed: various professional groups, the existing training programmes, the the need for preventative awareness-raising and the areas for improvement to increase staff involvement in prevention activities. This first-hand knowledge will enable «SPRL INTA Prevención» to incorporate content, features and tools tailored to the processes and risks present at INTA, and to add value from the outset.
Much more than just training: a tool for fostering a culture of prevention
«SPRL INTA Prevención» will not confine itself to organising courses or issuing certificates. It is being conceived as a dynamic forum for interaction between the Prevention Service and staff, providing a platform for preventative awareness campaigns, informative content tailored to different professional profiles, information on healthy habits and wellbeing at work, personalised training programmes, quick-reference resources for staff and managers, direct communication of updates and preventative activities, and monitoring of participation and the development of the prevention culture within the organisation.
The ultimate aim is to make prevention accessible to all employees in a simple, practical and accessible way, encouraging greater involvement from the entire workforce in creating safe and healthy working environments.
Why this project matters beyond INTA
As opposed to off-the-shelf solutions, a bespoke tool, designed to meet the actual needs of the Prevention Service and capable of evolving alongside the organisation, It creates a more personalised experience for users, improves the effectiveness of training programmes, facilitates compliance with health and safety obligations, and provides up-to-date information to support decision-making.
For INTA, the launch of the project represents a strategic step towards the modernisation and continuous improvement of its Occupational Health and Safety Service: a way of embedding prevention as a cross-cutting value and of reinforcing all staff’s commitment to safety, health and wellbeing at work.
The launch of this project is an example of something that we at Educa.Pro have long been advocating: Effective corporate training does not begin with a catalogue; it begins with an assessment. Getting to know the client, understanding how they operate and designing a bespoke solution in collaboration with their team is what sets a learning platform apart from a tool that nobody uses.
