Last Friday, we had the pleasure of attending the 8M event organised by the EDUCA EDTECH Foundation, a gathering that highlighted women’s leadership, diversity of talent and the importance of creating more humane and balanced organisations.
Here at Educa.Pro, we were honoured to have our colleague Cristina, Product Strategy Manager and a key figure at Educa.Pro, take part. She shared a fundamental insight: equality is also built through training, teamwork and the ability to create spaces where everyone can thrive.
Her speech not only offered insights into female leadership, but also resonated directly with what defines Educa.Pro: Train to transform.
