Introduction

This training course on A Key to Knowledge: Unlearning you will be able to analyse in depth what knowledge management entails. Furthermore, the understanding of existing tools which have an impact on knowledge management processes. Furthermore, particular emphasis is placed on the organisational models which are based on one’s own knowledge; and, of course, it is worth highlighting the techniques provided by the ICT to put positive processes in place for knowledge management. Finally, this course sets out the methodologies which can be used in projects implemented in the knowledge management systems.
