With this Course on a Positive Mindset at Work, Enrolled students will have the opportunity to discover the power of our minds and acquire the necessary skills to get to know themselves better, and to maintain a positive attitude towards any potential work-related problems that may arise in their job, develop emotional intelligence and how to foster it within organisations. The breakneck pace of our personal and professional lives sometimes leads us to negative thoughts and lose heart. That is why, with this course, you will learn the strategies you need to have a positive mindset, to have more confidence in yourself and your abilities, which will have a positive impact on your professional development.
