Introduction

The Course in Emotional Intelligence Applied to Business is of the utmost importance in the current context, where emotional skills are recognised as fundamental elements and resources for success in the workplace. In particular, emotional intelligence is presented as a powerful tool to improve intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships; as well as benefiting the change management and effective leadership within organisations. This course provides up-to-date knowledge of existing theories and models of emotional intelligence, but also enables participants to the acquisition of the necessary emotional skills to tackle the challenges and demands of the business environment.

Objectives

  • To study the processes of change and the development of the organisational context.

  • Learn how to managing and regulating our emotions to apply them in a business context.
