Introduction

Feeling good is a course designed to provide the knowledge necessary skills and help people become independent, and to understand the importance of nutrition in his general well-being and provide them with the tools they need to make healthier food choices healthy. This course focuses on various aspects of diet, from the basics of nutrition to meal planning and strategies for a healthier lifestyle when eating out.
