Introduction

This training course First aid procedures prepares you to face emergency situations and provide assistance with critical moments. It has been designed with you in mind and your ability to respond effectively when situations arise that pose a risk to people’s health or lives.

Throughout the learning modules, you will acquire basic knowledge on the first aid and lifesaving techniques. You will learn how to activate the emergency system, protect those affected, and carry out basic diagnostic tests and consult with medical services whenever necessary. You will become a expert in handling situations from first aid.

  6. External emergency plans. Sectors to which they apply
