Introduction

Food safety has become a key concern for consumers, which is why companies in the sector must ensure their products meet a series of requirements. For this reason, this course on IFS and BRC food safety protocols announces the IFS (International Food Standard) protocols y BRC (British Retail Consortium) food safety standards, which have become international standards in the food sector; the aim is to train students in the implementation and certification of these international standards.
