Introduction

Thanks to this International Expansion Course will be able to study the processes of business internationalisation, as well as the various opportunities and the challenges the challenges they face during these processes, whilst also gaining an understanding of the different types of international organisations; they will also understand why effective communication is essential and how to stand out in an increasingly competitive, as success will depend on the ability to communicate – not only in the sense of conveying information about the company, but also of gathering information whilst taking into account the characteristics and needs of the markets to which it offers its products and services. They will develop the knowledge, competencies and skills to analyse and manage the international expansion.
