To be able to sell a project to investors, to be able to inspire five hundred people at a wedding with a speech that no one will forget, to chair regular company meetings, or to give a speech on a subject you know well to a demanding audience—these are just a few examples of situations in which it is crucial to know how to make an impact, inspire and contribute.
