Introduction

This training course Community Mediation offers you specialised training in this field. Community mediation is a form of mediation that facilitates the communication between the parties to a dispute, who belong to the same community, in order to reach agreements that are satisfactory to all parties and to preserve community relations. The main advantage of community mediation is that promotes peaceful coexistence inside the community and encourages people to take the lead in bringing about change and resolving conflicts.
