Introduction

Time Management It will give you the keys to making the most of the most valuable resource we have: time; you’ll learn how to manage the time from effectively, you’ll know how to organise your tasks in order of priorities, to identify so-called “time thieves” and learn how to manage them effectively, and to understand the importance of the delegation of tasks within the company and the benefits that this entails. You’ll improve your ability to manage your time efficiently, avoid procrastination and set priorities; you’ll be more productive, reduce your stress levels and feel better about your career. By carrying out the tasks that really are relevant and important.
