Introduction

The training programme on Public Speaking: Overcoming Stage Fright, whether to achieve career goals (giving work-related presentations, speaking at forums, assemblies or parliaments, communicating with clients or suppliers) as well as for personal goals (giving a speech, improving communication with people, etc.) It is essential in our lives.

This training course focuses on helping participants to overcome the fear of public speaking and develop effective communication skills in situations where presentations, lectures, speeches or other interactions in public. This type of training aims to equip students so that they feel more confident and competent when communicating to an audience, whether in a professional, academic or social setting.

Objectives
