Introduction

It is often the case that we face difficulties because of a incorrect interpretation what we want to convey or what others want to convey is not understood by the recipient, leading to challenges in the workplace.

This problem can be avoided developing emotional intelligence and designing communication strategies which enable the transmission of effective, empathetic and assertive messages. Skills you will acquire during the training course in Communicate assertively and with empathy. With this training you will acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for communicating effectively, listening actively, developing empathy and practising assertiveness in their personal and professional interactions.
