Introduction

 Problems and conflicts  as part of a team are inevitable in any organisation. These can arise at any level within the workplace. Organisations may choose to view the conflict as something negative and take action to eliminate it as soon as it arises, or, as a positive factor, using this to bring about changes that will benefit them. 

It is important to accept the conflict as a natural process of growth which influences the company’s culture and thus enables it to be viewed in a positive light. Conflict can be an asset to the company if it is managed properly.

Currently undertaking this course at Troubleshooting your computer you’ll learn the the knowledge and skills required to be able to to deal with any conflict or problem in the best possible way.
