This training programme focuses on teaching those interested in taking part as students how to understand, apply and make the most of this behavioural assessment tool to improve the interpersonal relationships, the communication and the productivity in both our personal and professional lives. The DISC methodology is based on a model that identifies four main behavioural styles: Dominance, Influence, Stability and Compliance.
