The leaders transformational inspire confidence; they convey a positive outlook and highlight the strengths of their contributors, by acting as agents of change to inspire and transform the attitudes, beliefs and motivations of followers to a higher level, this leadership style focuses on empowerment to enable teams to increase their self-efficacy. With this training Transformational Ethical Leadership is It aims to provide participants with knowledge and tools that strengthen the organisation’s leadership, by developing their skills and equipping them with techniques to foster a harmonious working environment, whilst contributing to the organisation’s success and competitiveness.

  • Understanding and assess the meaning and importance of ethical leadership

  • Developing skills through the expansion of knowledge, skills development and a change in attitudes.
