Future prospects for green ICTs

If we are to draw a conclusion from the green revolution, which is already taking place in the world of technology, we could conclude that, as consumers, we are increasingly concerned about the future of the planet and the achievement of ambitious targets which, if we fail to meet them, will ultimately lead to devastating consequences for all species.

Social pressure and environmental lobby groups They are persuading major multinational technology companies to change their methodologies, processes, materials and strategies to make them more environmentally friendly, but there is still a great deal to be done; and, most worryingly, we must act very quickly to ensure that the effects of climate change do not become irreversible.
