Certificates issued by the FNMT-RCM are unique to each individual and cannot be transferred. Any action carried out using these certificates is the sole responsibility of the holder or signatory. For this reason, the FNMT-RCM strongly recommends that the certificate should not be passed on to other people. The holder, or in the case of a certificate of representation, the represented entity, is responsible for safeguarding it.
