Introduction

With this formation of Decision-making, enrolled students will acquire the knowledge and skills needed to use the appropriate tools for decision-making in a mature and effective manner. At present, knowing how to choose the most suitable option from among several alternatives is a a difficult but very necessary task in any area of our daily or working lives. Facing up to the fact that we have to make a decision can be a process that overwhelms us, causing us to fear or dread. But with this course on Decision-Making, you’ll be able to learn the key tools, resources and parameters which should be followed when choosing the most suitable one, both for yourself and for a group of people.

  • To know the process to be followed in the decision-making process.

  • Learning how to manage the emotional and rational factors when it comes to decision-making.

  • Identify the tools and resources enough to make the best decision.
