The key to the success of mindfulness is to create an environment inclusive y respectful, where the staff sit comfortable exploring these practices and where they can apply what they have learnt in their working and personal lives. With Mindfulness and Meditation at Work You’ll learn how to cope better with change and your emotions, optimise your decision-making, and manage the life's challenges, achieve high performance, practise focused and open attention, build resilience and increase the self-care y self-pity

Objectives
