Introduction

The prevention of workplace bullying or psychological harassment in the workplace has become a need in today’s society, given that the workplace bullying is one of the main causes of work-related illness. To find out about the causes and consequences dealing with workplace bullying will enable us to put in place the necessary prevention strategies y detect if a case of workplace harassment in our local area. With this training programme in Prevention of Workplace Bullying or Psychological Harassment Students will be able to distinguish between “workplace bullying” and other situations such as the work-related stress or conflicts and acquire the psychological knowledge necessary for the prevention of “mobbing”, identifying the risk factors to carry out prevention and intervention in specific contexts.
