Artisanal blacksmithing is an art form and craft with deep historical roots, in which metal is transformed into unique and functional pieces through a process of shaping in hot and cold. This course focuses on providing participants with the essential knowledge and skills to master the forming techniques and procedures used in traditional blacksmithing. This course will provide students with a a solid grounding in techniques and procedures hot and cold shaping techniques in traditional blacksmithing, which will enable them to create unique pieces, functional and artistic.With the knowledge and experience gained, they will be able to embark on a career in the forge handcrafted or enjoy creating unique wrought-iron pieces as a hobby.
