Introduction

Planning and Time Management, It is a training course that focuses on the importance of planning at a personal and business level, exploring key concepts, types of planning and the responsibilities of the team leader. In addition, the course covers effective time management, beginning with a reflection on the concept of time. It then explores the delegation process from its conception to its implementation, analysing advantages, disadvantages and the reasons behind the lack of delegation. Finally, it focuses on the collaborative work, examining its concept, stages and the importance of coordination.

Taken together, these modules provide you with comprehensive training in management, organisation, effective collaboration and time management in the workplace.
