Wellbeing for Professional Development

Productivity 8 pm

Introduction

We are all familiar with the situation of work-related stress which workers are currently facing, with well-being being a global trend which seeks balance as part of the job satisfaction, but what factors undermine our well-being? How can we avoid work-related stress? These questions, which at first glance may seem straightforward to answer, involve intrinsic aspects which require a combination of several factors: physical, mental and social health. Without them, critical moments in the workplace can turn into a habituality. As the Wellbeing for Professional Development you will learn to recognise the factors that affect our state of balance and redirect them to ensure that they are in the correct state of well-being.

Objectives

  • To address situations that affect the state of well-being in professional development.

  • Finding out how to keep the physical, mental and social health.

  • Recognising what aspects encourage work-related stress and how to tackle it.
